The Quinns will never give up until they get justice.
It is very difficult to understand how loans that were ILLEGALLY advanced are enforceable and even harder given that the share pledges were not signed in full by the Quinn children.
There are so many issues to be dealt with including how Anglo was facilitated in fraudulent accounting to mislead investors, how Elderfield was allowed to ruin a perfectly solvent company and how the taxpayers were denied 2.8 billion that was on offer from the Quinn family not to mention the massive waste of public money that the IBRC strategy on Quinn has cost.
If the public representatives of Cavan, Monaghan and Fermanagh had a fraction of the gumption, courage, determination and sheer work ethic that the Quinn family has, this Island would be a much better place for all of us.
