PLEASE SHARE AS IT MIGHT HELP SOME OTHER HONEST BUSINESSMAN:
We proved today in the high court, that the receiver Kieran Wallace of KPMG appointed by ULSTER BANK had no power of sale. 

After going through all the mortgages I discovered that there was no express power of sale in any of my friends mortgages. 

The judge ordered them to stop selling or advertising for sale the properties. Then I went on to the protest later so a great day all round .
