“PLEASE HELP ME, I'M FAILING”.

When Mr. O'Brien started ruining the Quinn Group, he should have asked for help; Sean Quinn would have known how to. It was/is his business; anything POB has done has contributed greatly to its destruction.

Now, suddenly accepting he is out of his depth, he has the audacity to appeal to Sean for help. Sean Quinn condemned acts against his group before. If Paul O'Cryin put as much work into Quinn Group as Sean Quinn did, he would know well that he would not want it destroyed. It must break his heart to see and hear what has happened to the great businesses he built.

POB asks for “unequivocal” condemnation. Yet he has never given a truthful answer to any questions asked of him.
-Does Anglo/ the Government own 25% of the Group?
-Who appointed him in the first place? Didn’t he tell one of the former directors (in his first week there) that he would talk to Sean Quinn but Alan Dukes forbade him to do so?

Just because Paul O Brien chops and changes in his assessments, doesn’t mean that Sean Quinn also changes his statements on a whim. People in the North of Ireland heard condemnation of atrocities for decades; it was only when people of the calibre of John Hume and Fr. Alec Reid started talking that they got a resolution.

Poor Paul’s words are completely ineffective—“By your fruits you are known”, and so far his fruits have been decidedly rotten.
