Sean Fitzpatrick allegedly said in court that he did not ask the names of the Maple 10 as they wanted to "keep it tight". If it was not ILLEGAL, why did he not want to know the names? Its important to remember that the legality or otherwise of the money advanced by Anglo is the core issue re. the seizing of the Quinn Group and also Quinn Insurance so if it was legal, why did they go to such trouble to keep it under wrap and why are they all denying that they set up the Maple 10 for the purpose of propping up the share price?
