Bad! But that is not the full story. Not only did the company lose €12.2 million, but that was after they disposed of assets for €18.84 million, making it a TOTAL LOSS OF €31.04m.
Assets, which will cost a fortune to replace and are integral to the smooth running of Quinn Group, have been sold off for a pittance.
So, from the time Quinn Group was taken over by Paul OBrien 5 years ago the profits have gone from €500 million to a LOSS of €31 million.
And what was Mr O’Brien paid for his “expertise” in running the company last year? €910,000. Well done Paulie, well done!
