In Answer to Paul O'Brien Press Release

O'Brien: There should be no safe haven for perpetrators of attacks on Aventas

Paul does that mean you as well? Your  the one who destroyed the Quinn Group company. Where is your safe haven?

“Last night's attack on our Packaging plant at Ballyconnell, which was fully operational at the time, was reckless in the extreme.  The fire bomb vehicle used in the attack was driven into an area where facilities are used by employees throughout the night. It was only by good fortune that no one was injured.

Where were your security  people  last night or what other shadowy outfit is operating along the border? We know what they are capable off  "Remember all the signs supporting  a resolution to this conflict along the roads where painted over and they cut pieces out of them. Who did this?

I want to make it very clear to all involved that my resolve and that of my management team, the Board of our Group and our owners and investors, is only strengthened by these attacks the most recent of which are designed to prevent the sale of any of the Group's assets. We have a clear objective to protect, maximise and, over time, realise the value in the businesses for our owners; we will not be deterred from this objective.

You are the one who thinks the breakup of the Quinn Group is the solution to sort the problem. At the same time you mention the workers. You care nothing for the workers. They are just pawns in your game. You had people working in cement for weeks with a dangerous roof overhead. You and your team are the ones who destroyed a profitable company. You lack basic management skills such as good manners. Even members of your own team  do not agree with you but your the bully boy and bullies usually win for a while until someone stands up to them. You have destroyed all the great Quinn Group businesses for the owners.

It is very evident that there is a common thread between these attacks, the vicious and inflammatory postings on various social media platforms over the past eighteen months and other more recent nefarious activities. The underlying strategy seems to be one of damaging value, striking fear into our employees and to discourage any genuine prospective acquirers of our businesses.  These reckless actions of sabotage are in some extraordinary way deemed acceptable by those who would like to pave the way for the return of the former owner and certain of his former colleagues.

Everything that is said about you is correct. You have a personal vendetta against anyone who supported Sean Quinn. You cannot be jailed for telling the truth. As for the sabotage you guys have a lot to answer for. Is it not strange that they always arrive just at the right  time to put  out the fire. How many householders are that lucky when their house goes on fire. Very strange. The former owner was evicted by a group of bully boys which you brought with you from Dublin on April 14th.  Remember the code word "RockFace" and the list of pictures your security people gave us.
We will never forget that

These attacks have been going on relentlessly for almost three years and to date no one has been prosecuted before the courts. We are planning to meet the Governments, north and south of the border, to agree on measures to stop these attacks and to bring the perpetrators and, more importantly, their sponsors, to justice.  In the international investment world an impression of lawlessness is being created by these attacks which has the potential to have serious negative impact for the island as a whole and the border region in particular.

We find that strange as well and you have the latest technology such as night camera's, infrared camera's, heat detector camera's, electronic wire systems.  Mobile patrols every where,  dropping off security men who lie in holes for hours on the mountain, dog units, phone  tapping, following cars at night.  Should we go on. We welcome the Government response what they will do with the outfit that is now in charge of Quinn Group and intimidating the local community farmers who are stopped regularly on mountain side roads and  your security  people demanding who they are and where they are going.

Last night's attack was much more than an attack on the Aventas Group; it was an attack on employees - on their lives and livelihoods - and on the local community. There should be no safe haven for the perpetrators and their sponsors. We call on the local community and community groups to publicly condemn these attacks and disassociate themselves from the perpetrators and their sponsors. Further we ask the community, in their own interests, to give whatever assistance they can, however small, to the police forces to put an end to this reckless sabotage.”

You are the biggest treat to the local community.  We call upon you to do the decent thing get lost so we can never hear your name again as you have brought nothing  but misery with you and all  for  just money.
You sold your soul for MONEY.
