WHAT ARE AVENTAS MANAGEMENT UP TO?
QBRC BEWARE!

This week we find that it's not just the people of the border counties who are confounded by the behaviour of Aventas management with the people in the Central Licensing Office in Leeds sharing in the confusion.

Last week an unsigned, undated application appeared in the “Fermanagh Herald” stating the intentions of Aventas Logistics Ltd. to apply for a licence to use Gortmullan as a site for an operating centre for 220 lorries and 300 trailers. A HUGE site!!

Anyone enquiring about details of this application was met by confused staff who had never come across such a botch application in their lives---- no specific details of where this site is to be; no proper time limits given and a notice requesting non publication of details! Are these people for real? Those in Leeds don't think so! They normally deal with transparent applications as opposed to one requiring anonymity.
To add to the confusion (stupidity) Quinn Building Products applied for a similar licence on 10/05/14; then formed Aventas Logistics on 14/05/14 and put their ad in “Herald” on 06/06/14. Paul O Brien and Seamus Donnelly are the directors and obviously they don't even realise the size of Gortmullan.
Anyone wishing to confirm these facts may contact the confused staff of Leeds DOE on 01132026147.
What are Paul O Brien and management at? On the one hand they have a bid from QBRC and are supposed to be considering or negotiating on it and yet they are wasting time (and money) on a poorly put together proposal for a new company. Are QBRC aware of what they are up to? Is Paul O Brien playing the same game as Alan Dukes played with Sean Quinn when Anglo underhandedly took over the Quinn Group? Lies, secrecy and deceit seem to be at play again for some underhand reason.

QBRC watch out!
