APPEAL FOR CALM AS TROUBLE IS BREWING-----------------CIC are deeply concerned about what the future holds for our communities.

Never before has there been so much disquiet and outrage about what is going on and the possibility of outside vultures coming in to take what the people of the border area regard as THEIR GREATEST ASSET.

Sean Quinn built the company from nothing and created jobs for OUR COMMUNITIES.. To add insult to injury, it has transpired that Glass is not being sold on a free market.

It was not advertised but rather chosen clients were selected as possible bidders while the entire Irish population was omitted.

DOES ANY OUTSIDE POTENTIAL BIDDER BELIEVE THAT THEY WILL BE TOLERATED IN OUR COMMUNITY WHEN THEY WERE GIVEN SPECIAL PRIVILEGE IN THE FORM OF AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUY THIS VALUABLE ASSET WHEN THE PEOPLE ON THIS ISLAND WERE OMITTED?.

We have received a number of anonymous messages stating that many would rather see it burned to the ground than go to greedy opportunists.

Click on picture below to read what people are feeling.

IRELAND IS BEING SOLD OUT TO FOREIGNERS AND WE PAY THE PRICE. THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH WE CAN TAKE BEFORE CALLING A HALT TO THIS MADNESS.
