THE FIRE SALE AND SABOTAGE OF QUINN PROPERTIES CONTINUES.

It is beyond reprehensible that Aventas has sold a once profitable and well run company for a fraction of the price it was worth just a few years ago, when the Quinns were running it

Why? Are they so desperate to get every last pound of flesh that they practically give away or give to their cronies, companies that they themselves have decimated? 
And these clowns have the nerve to suggest that the companies are being destroyed by sabotage from outside sources. 

They are being destroyed by sabotage alright but it is sabotage from within from the greedy fat cats who are creaming it off for themselves and destroying everything that comes before them. It is now a race to the bottom to dispose of as much Quinn property as possible before the Quinn family case against Anglo begins in April next. 

Common sense would dictate that the prudent thing to do would be to wait for the outcome of the case because in the likely event of the Quinns winning the case, it will be the greatest mess this country has ever facilitated as the Quinns will have to be compensated for the companies and properties that were stolen from them and since much of the property and companies will have been sold off for peanuts, how will those who facilitated this madness explain to the taxpayers that they will have to take the hit especially when taxpayers will be reminded that the Quinns offered to pay the State 2.8 billion but that offer was rejected in favour of this farce. 

Hitler had nothing on these clowns. Rumours are also circulating that the Cat and Cage Pub in Dublin has been sold also for a fraction of what it was worth when the Quinns were running it. 

How can this happen when the Share Receiver who is charged with acting honestly and professionally and within legal boundaries, is fully aware that the ownership of all these properties will be determined when the Quinn family case against Anglo begins in a few months time. 

What is the panic in disposing of these properties in such a mad rush when property prices are just beginning to increase? Something is not right here and the stench is nauseating.

 HOW WILL KIERAN WALLACE EXPLAIN TO THE TAXPAYERS THAT THEY WILL BE HIT FOR BILLIONS WHEN THE QUINNS WILL RIGHTLY HAVE TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE COMPANIES AND PROPERTIES THAT WERE STOLEN FROM THEM? Finally, all companies have filed their accounts for 2013 with most including nearby competitors, Kingspan and CRH showing impressive profits at a time when exports are performing very well. YET ONE OF THE BIGGEST COMPANIES ON THIS ISLAND, THE COMPANY WHICH HAD A SHARE RECEIVER APPOINTED TO TAKE CHARGE OF IT, HAS STILL NOT FILED ITS ACCOUNTS FOR 2013.

 (So much for State run companies!) WHY? IS IT BECAUSE THEY ARE SO ATROCIOUSLY BAD THAT THEY KEEP PUTTING OFF THE INEVITABLE? WE AWAIT WITH BAITED BREATH TO SEE THE FIGURES AND THE EXCUSES. WHO EVER SAID THAT CREATIVE ACCOUNTING IS NOT ALIVE AND WELL FOR THOSE IN THE RIGHT CIRCLES NOT TO MENTION BRASS NECK?
