Who will collect the brownie points this month (November) we wonder?
Sadly, busy for all the wrong reasons. Staff are now flat out issuing credit notes for these orders placed in October.
It seems that the record sales in October were a myth and goods were shipped to warehouses in the UK with customers getting invoices for goods never received nor even ordered.
Strange behaviour don't you think?
