Last week Liberty announced that nearly 285 staff would be laid off through
voluntary redundancy, but word is reaching us that Liberty are already sacking
staff independently of the announced
285.
How many will finally leave the sinking ship is anyone's guess.
Even though they got Quinn Insurance for 1 euro and 800 million in cash
as a thank you very much Ireland plus spending 10 million on advertising
(that Liberty advert is now getting annoying and you cannot turn on the TV or
Radio without getting bombasted by Liberty) they still cannot get
clients. Business is very bad for them.
Poor Liberty/Anglo can they get nothing right?
