The Troubles must be still on around Quinn Group HQ

Everyone along the Border remembers well the concrete blocks around one ton each in weight that the British Army had  on Border crossings.
The high tech mobile  reinforced steel framed security cameras and listening devices  that could eavesdrop on what people were talking about in cars  as they drove through theses checkpoints.
