Seamus Keating of Belfast accountants FPM was appointed liquidator in acreditors voluntary liquidation to Belfast developer, *Ruskin and KeatingDevelopments Limited*, a company which ultimately forms part of KevinLagan's Lagan group. Ruskin and Keating is 50% owned by the executors ofthe estate of Francis McKeating and 50% by Ruskin Developments. RuskinDevelopments is 50% owned by John McIlroy and 50% by Lagan HomesLimited.  LaganHomes Limited appears to now be part of Kevin Lagan's, Lagan Cement GroupLimited after the original Lagan group was split up in 2010 with the other

part, Lagan Construction, controlled by Kevin's brother, Michael.
