Last throw of the DICE for a looser

Hell hath no fury like a mad man scorned. It appears that Aventas Management are working at unprecedented speed since the QBRC bid was announced to ensure that as much of the Quinn Group will be put out of reach of the consortium as possible.
Today, we were informed by dozens of workers that CEVA is officially taking over on Monday week next, a date long before the 90 day consultation period that had been promised by the Union and the Labour Court but once again Paul O'Brien takes the law into his own hands. IS HE GOING TO BE LET AWAY WITH THIS?

Separately, CIC secretary, Patricia Gilheany received a letter from Kevin Lagan yesterday. He too is also determined to proceed with buying or being given part of the Quinn Group and is in the process of courting local politicians to get them on side.

IF KEVIN LAGAN THINKS IT IS WORTH HIS WHILE GETTING POLITICIANS ON SIDE WHO HE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO VOTE FOR, IT DEMONSTRATES WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT EVERY QUINN GROUP WORKER WHO FEARS FOR THEIR JOB, EITHER NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, AND EVERY CITIZEN WHO IS CONCERNED FOR THE FUTURE OF OUR COMMUNITIES, SHOULD BE CONTACTING THEIR LOCAL POLITICIAN AND DEMANDING IN THE STRONGEST POSSIBLE MANNER THAT IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE THAT THEY COME OUT PUBLICLY AND DEMAND THAT THE QBRC CONSORTIUM, THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE ATTEMPTING TO SAVE THE JOBS AND KEEP THE QUINN GROUP WHOLE, ARE GIVEN A FAIR HEARING AS O'Brien AND CO. ARE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO DISMISS THEIR PROPOSAL.

THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO SAVE THE JOBS BUT THEY NEED YOUR HELP. PLEASE PLAY YOUR PART AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE AND DEMAND JUSTICE. IT WILL VERY SOON BE TOO LATE.
