This is very very serious. Kieran Wallace informed Courts that 4 companies/ individuals helped the Quinns hide €300m gold and €200m cash , on the word of 2 informants, one with a criminal record. 

The Courts gave orders allowing Wallace to check out the bank , bank accounts etc of these persons and the accounts or transactions had nothing to do with the Quinns, and no gold or money was found. 

Now Wallace has conceded that he was aware the 2 informants had got their information by illegal means and that the dept of Finance said it was ok to use it. 

This is a crime against the Quinns and their human and personal rights under the EU Law. Not to mention the defamation actions that will now arise from the 4 innocent parties.
