QBRC to complete purchase of parts of former Quinn Group next month
QBRC will complete its proposed purchase of parts of the Aventas Group by the end of next month.
The company, led by Liam McCaffrey, will buy the the construction industry supply (CIS) and packaging businesses, formally owned by Sean Quinn, following the completion of the remaining due diligence and legal processes.
The deal will be supported in this transaction by three of the current financiers of the businesses.
In a statement, Mr. McCaffrey said: “We look forward to working closely with our financiers, the staff and customers of the businesses as we seek to grow and develop them in the years ahead.”

well done Liam and the guys, you saved all the jobs which would have been lost if Aventas kept on running it.
