SHARE, SHARE SHARE TO EXPOSE SERIOUSLY QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES.

FURTHER ATTEMPTS TO TWART QBRC BID.

Reports are reaching us that another expensive dumper, thought to be valued in excess of 200,000 pounds was sold/given away despite the fact that such machinery is crucial to the business and many orders have been unable to be met due to the fact that O'Brien has sold in excess of 60 valuable vehicles and none have been replaced, but instead have been hired.

It is truly astounding that while QBRC is in the process of submitting a formal bid to buy the company (despite the fact that Paul O'Brien has steadfastly refused to let them see the current accounts,)he continues to sell off valuable and necessary plant and machinery.

It is fast approaching the time when regulatory authorities may have to be asked to investigate how the company is being managed under Paul O'Brien. If there is a finding of reckless trading or knowingly misinforming the markets regarding the true state of the balance sheet, surely the regulatory authority for Accountants and other relevant Governing bodies would impose serious sanctions on anyone proven guilty of such unprofessional, unethical gross misconduct.
